Private AI for small law firms, made in New Jersey.
Case AI is a private AI workspace for small law firms, made by S2Reason LLC in Somerville, New Jersey. We are a team with 10+ years in the legal industry, and we already run AI systems for law firms. We built Case AI so a small firm can use AI on its case files safely, without hiring anyone technical.
Why we built it.
Many people at small firms already use personal AI chat apps for work. Those apps keep no record of which case files went in, and their personal plans come with no privacy contract for client records. If a judge asks what your firm gave to AI, you may have nothing to show.
Case AI moves that work into one private place per case, with a record of every file, on AI that is never trained on your files.
What we believe.
- Simple beats clever. Your team should not need training in AI to use it. We pick the setup, so there is nothing to configure.
- Show the page. Answers cite the pages they rely on, and each page opens with one click so you can check it.
- The record is the proof. Each case keeps a list of every file uploaded, who uploaded it and when.
- The AI helps; you decide. You check the work and stay responsible for what you file.
What Case AI is.
Case AI runs Claude, the AI model made by Anthropic, on Amazon Bedrock inside S2Reason's own Amazon Web Services account. Your firm uploads a case's files once, then asks questions, runs ready-made tasks such as a medical chronology, and gets a one-click AI use report for the case.
On every paid plan, we train your whole team in one day on your first real case, in person in New Jersey or live by video anywhere else, with a follow-up call a week later.
Who it is for.
Case AI is for small law firms in any state, most of them personal injury firms, plaintiff or defense. New Jersey firms also get built-in New Jersey law libraries and a PIP arbitration brief.
